Have your say - consultation on 0-2 childcare provision in the City of London

02 May 2025

The City of London Corporation is committed to ensuring sufficient childcare provision within the Square Mile for residents. We know that the early years are crucial to a child’s development and that childcare can be an essential offer for families.

We’re thinking about options for 0-2 Childcare in the City of London. This relates to the care of a child aged zero to two-years-old provided by registered childcare in the City of London. By this we mean nurseries and pre-schools registered with Ofsted.

We want to hear about what’s important to you if you are 18-years-old or over. We look forward, in particular, to hearing from:

  • parents and carers who currently access 0-2 Childcare in the City of London
  • people who are thinking about using 0-2 Childcare in the City of London in the future
  • people who work in a childcare setting or related service in the City of London
  • people with interests in 0-2 Childcare in the City of London
