Free, expert advice for people in the City of London

Description

City Advice is a free advice service exclusively for people who live, work or study in the City of London Square Mile or live in a City of London estate. We can help with:

  • Health and wellbeing
  • Housing options
  • Benefits, pensions, money and debt
  • Social activities including coffee mornings and health information workshops
  • Social networks, physical activities and leisure including referral to Toynbee Hall's lunch club/day centre
  • Carer's support
  • Employment and learning opportunities
  • Volunteering
  • Adult Social Care and how to access services

There are several ways for clients to contact us:
By phone: 02073922919 – if we are busy helping other callers, they can leave a voice message with their contact details and we will call them back. The phone line is open 10am -12pm and 2-4pm each day.

By email: city.advice@toynbeehall.org.uk Clients should include their telephone and address including postcode and details o of the query and we will contact them back to discuss the help and support we can offer.
By attending: Come to our drop-in session, which is every Thursday 10am-12pm at our office, Advice Hub at Toynbee Hall, 28 Commercial Street, E1 6LS

Once we have established eligibility for the service, clients will be provided with a named caseworker who will help with the issue on which they need advice.
